Práce je především zaměřena na ovlivňování hydrofobních vlastností různých povrchů. Na povrchových vlastnostech se podílí jak vlastnosti na povrch imobilizovaných molekul tak i jejich strukturní uspořádání a v nemalé míře i hrubost povrchu. Povrchy lze modifikovat buď tak, aby vykazovali neměnné vlastnosti, nebo můžou být modifikovány tak, aby se jejich vlastnosti měnily v závislosti na okolním prostředí …more

The work is mainly aimed at influencing the hydrophobic properties of various surfaces. The surface properties are affected by the properties of immobilized molecules as well as by their structural arrangement, high impact of surface roughness is employed in this way, too.
