Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj chromatografické metody (LC-MS/MS, LC-DAD) stanovení simulantů bojových chemických látek (BCHL), umožňující sledovat úroveň kontaminace ochranných materiálů bojovými chemickými látkami a účinnost postupů dekontaminace ochranných materiálů. The thesis is focused on the development of methods for LC/MS/MS determination of chemical warfare agent (CWA) simulants, which allows to simulate the contamination level of materials by chemical warfare agents and penetration of these substances by protective materials.
