The comparison of providing internal and external financial accounting on the example of a modelled company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje výběru optimálního způsobu vedení účetnictví pro zkoumaný podnik. Zkoumání bylo provedeno z pohledu výše nákladů a aby byly uspokojeny všechny potřeby zkoumaného podniku. Výběru nejlepšího způsobu předcházela analýza interní a externí formy vedení účetnictví, kde jsou pro každou formu vedení účetnictví zdůrazněny výhody jednotlivých forem a výše nákladů, které jsou obligatorní pro chod účetnictví. Postupy, které jsou použity v analýze, jsou aplikovatelné nejen na zvolený podnik, ale lze je i zobecnit. Při interní formě byla uvažována určitá variabilita a vybíralo se z více možností účetnického softwaru. Také u externí formy bylo vybráno z více možností externích dodavatelů účetních služeb na základě požadavků modelové společnosti. Výstupem bakalářské práce je srovnání a kritické vyhodnocení nejvhodnější formy vedení účetnictví pro modelový příklad.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the selection of the optimal way of accounting for the model company. The research was carried out in terms of costs and to meet all the needs of the company under examination. The choice of the best method was preceded by an analysis of the internal and external forms of accounting, where in each form of accounting the advantages of individual forms and the amount of costs that are mandatory for the running of accounting are emphasized. The procedures used in the analysis are applicable not only to the particular company, but can also be generalized. In the internal form, a certain variability was considered and there were several options for accounting software. Also for the external form, it was chosen from several options of external providers of accounting services based on the requirements of the model company. The output of the bachelor thesis is a comparison and critical evaluation of the most suitable form of accounting for a model company.
