Individual titles of inheretance

Abstract:

Téma mojí bakalářské práce zní: „Jednotlivé dědické tituly“. Toto téma jsem si zvolila proto, že s dědictvím v různých podobách se v průběhu života setká každý z nás. Sama jsem byla několikrát účastníkem dědického řízení, které probíhalo podle tehdy platného občanského zákoníku a příslušných novel. S přijetím občanského zákoníku k 1.1.2014 se mnohé změnilo. Zaměřila jsem se jak na prameny dědického práva, tak na popis jednotlivých dědických titulů a jako cíl práce jsem popsala průběh dědického řízení. Jako praktický příklad jsem popsala průběh řízení o vydědění. Při studiu podkladů k mé bakalářské práci jsem si objasnila mnoho pojmů, které mi nebyly jasné při dědickém řízení, kterým jsem byla účastníkem. V problematice dědictví se teď lépe orientuji.

Abstract:

The theme of my bachelor thesis is: „Individual titles of inheretance“. I chose this topic because everybody gets in touch with inheretance during their life at some point. I myself was participant of the estate proceedings (according to the valid civil code and given amendments) more then once. There were many changes with the new civil code from 1.1.2014. I focused on the sources of the inheretance law and also on the description of the individual titles of inheretance and as the goal of my thesis I described the process of the estate proceedings. As the practical example I described the process of the disinheretance. During the study of the sources for my bachelor thesis I cleared up many terms which were unclear to me during the estate proceeding I participated in before. I have better understanding of the estate proceeding now.
