Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Motivace k pracovnímu výkonu. Hlavním záměrem této bakalářské práce je zjistit současnou úroveň motivace v podniku a doporučit případné vylepšení. Ve svojí bakalářské práci zkoumám zavedený systém motivování, pohled na motivaci ze stranyzaměstnance a moje doporučení.Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis deals with motivation to job performance. The main aim of this work is to determine the current level of motivation in the company and to recommend possibleimprovements. In my thesis I am going though the introduction of a current system ofmotivating, opinion of the employee and my recommendations.
