Abstract:
Tato práce postupuje od objasnění problematiky teorií a specifik učení a vzdělávání dospělých k oblasti podnikového vzdělávání. This bachelor thesis proceeds from explanation of theories and specifics of adults learning and education to the sphere of corporate learning.
