Medical- rehabilitation program and process for a patient after a total endoprosthesis of the knee joint

Anotace:

Tématem této práce je léčebná rehabilitace u pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a kazuistiku, čili práci s pacientem. Samotná teoretická část je dále rozdělená na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část pojednává o anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu. Dále také o gonartróze a indikacích, kontraindikacích a komplikacích totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Speciální část je zaměřená na ucelenou rehabilitaci a zejména na rehabilitaci léčebnou před a po operaci. V této části je popsaná léčebná tělesná výchova, speciální metodiky, fyzikální terapie a ergoterapie u pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Kazuistika je praktická část práce a představuje rehabilitaci s pacientem. Součásti kazuistiky je vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetřeni pacienta, rehabilitace samotná a návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého léčebně-rehabilitačního plánu.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the medical rehabilitation of a patient with total endoprosthesis of the knee joint. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and case report, i.e. the work with the patient. The theoretical part is further divided into a general and special part. The general part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint as well as with gonarthrosis and indications, contraindications and the complications of total endoprosthesis of the knee joint. The specialized part focuses on comprehensive rehabilitation and namely on rehabilitation before and after surgery. This part describes therapeutic physical education, special methodology, physical therapy and ergotherapy in patients after implantation of total endoprosthesis in the knee joint. The case report is a practical part of the thesis and it describes the patient’s rehabilitation. The case report involves initial and final kinesiologic examination of the patient, the rehabilitation itself and a suggestion of a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan.
