Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na nutriční péči v nemocnici. Část práce je věnována problematice malnutrice u hospitalizovaných pacientů, vyhledávání pacientů v riziku malnutrice pomocí nutričního screeningu, a následné péči o tyto pacienty. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on nutritional care in hospital. It is focused on issues of malnutrition in hospitalized patients, nutritional screening and nutrition care process.
