The development of public administration reform
Abstract:
V úvodu své bakalářské práce se zabývám historickými předpoklady správní reformy a charakterizuji vývoj 1. reformy veřejné správy po roce 1989. V praktické části práce analyzuji 1. a 2. fázi reformy veřejné správy od roku 1997 do roku 2003. V této části práce analyzuji jednotlivé koncepce, které byly předloženy v návrhu reformy veřejné správy v roce 1998.

In the introduction of my Bachelor thesis I dealing with the historical assumptions of administration reform and characterize development of first public administration reform since 1989. In the practical part I analyzing first and second stage of the public administration reform from 1997 to 2003.
