Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dvěma navrhovanými volebními reformami z let 2017 a 2018, reagujících na neuspokojivou volební účast ve volbách do Senátu PČR. Součástí práce je kapitola o historii a roli Senátu v politickém systému ČR a veřejném mínění o něm. Taktéž práce obsahuje kapitolu s popisem fungování většinových volebních technik a jejich účinky. Abstract:
This Batchelor thesis deals with two electoral reforms that were proposed in 2017 and 2018 as a respond to unsatisfying turnout in the Czech Senate elections. It includes chapter about history and role of the Senate in the Czech political system and public opinion about it.
