Council ways: from acceptance to awareness

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce představuje poradní kruhy, techniku, která dosud (v českém prostředí) není plně teoreticky etablována, přesto je v praxi využívána. Cílem práce je zmapovat zkušenosti vybraných facilitátorů poradních kruhů na území České republiky. Teoretická část představuje základní principy poradních kruhů, charakterizuje roli facilitátora a rovněž popisuje možné využití techniky na poli sociální pedagogiky. Výzkumná část je věnována popisu výzkumu, analýze a interpretaci dat získaných z rozhovorů s facilitátory poradních kruhů. Metodou výzkumu byla zvolena interpretativní fenomenologická analýza.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis introduces the technique of councils which has not been theoretically grounded in the Czech Republic yet, despite its use in practice. The aim of the thesis is to map the experience of the council facilitators in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces the core principles of councils, characterizes the role of a facilitator and also describes the potential use of the technique in the field of social education. The research part concerns the research design, analyses and interpretations of the data from the interviews with four council facilitators. Interpretative Phenomenological Analyses was used as a method.
