Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom a implementáciou agentného modelu pre simulovanie šírenia infekčného ochorenia. Vytvorený model je založený na epidemiologickom SEIR modeli, ktorý rozdeľuje populáciu na štyri časti podľa ich aktuálneho zdravotného stavu.
