Anotace:

This diploma thesis addresses a managerial problem in project management within a specific organization. It aims to analyze selected aspects of project management in this company, identifying shortcomings and proposing solutions for improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical review critically examining current knowledge in project management, and a practical case study. This case study includes a detailed analysis of the company's project management system, formulating recommendations for its development. The study also assesses both economic and non-economic aspects of implementing the proposed solutions, providing a comprehensive approach to optimizing project management practices.
