Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou použití zbraně policistou nebo strážníkem obecní policie. Nabízí možnou detailnější definici (služební) zbraně, jakou by mohl obsahovat zákon o policii a další předpisy ošetřující použití zbraně příslušníky ozbrojených sborů a samozřejmě i zákon o obecní policii. This dissertation deals with the use of a weapon by a police officer or a constable of the municipal police. It offers a more detailed definition of possible (duty) weapon, which could include the Police Act and other Acts attending the use of weapons of the armed forces and of course the Municipal Police Act.
