Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je identifikovať zhodu hodnotenia vybraných reštaurácií zaradených v Michelinskom sprievodcovi a to formou mystery shoppingu v porovnaní s verejnou mienkou hostí reprezentovanou komentármi na platforme Tripadvisor.
