Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh organizační struktury společnosti Strojírny Poldi, a.s. Cílem je analýza předcházejících organizačních struktur, první roku 1993, po rozpadu bývalé Poldi, a.s. a následné privatizaci Strojíren Poldi s.r.o. Navrhnutá struktura byla využívána do roku 2001. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the design of organizational structures of Strojírny Poldi, Inc. Its goal is to analyze the previous organizational structures, the first being in 1993, occured just after the collapse of the former company Poldi, Inc. and the subsequent privatization of Strojíren Poldi Ltd.
