The thesis on the topic “The Invalidity and the Invalidity Pensions” deals with problems of disability and invalidity pensions in the Czech Republic according to the legal regulations from 1.1.2010. The work briefly describes the pension system of the Czech Republic and defines the basic notions as “disability” and “long-term unfavourable health condition”.
