Interpretace práva hraje v rozhodovací činnosti Soudního dvora významnou roli. V porovnání s právem vnitrostátním i mezinárodním vykazuje mnoho odlišností, které jsou dány specifiky Evropské unie a jejího práva. V diplomové práci se těmito odlišnostmi zabývám. Abstract:
The interpretation plays a special role in case law of European Court of Justice. In my thesis I compared national and international interpretation of law with interpretation of European Union law. There are many specifics. The main is multilinguality of EU. Next I deal with effet utile doctrine (the effectiveness principle), which is specific outgrowth of case law of the Court.
