Abstract:
Práce pojednává o tématu kompenzačních cviků a jejich využití při tréninku juda v ČR. První dvě kapitoly bakalářské práce tvoří teoretickou část a stávají se východiskem pro třetí a čtvrtou část, empirickou kapitolu. Zabývají se teoretickým základem dané problematiky. This thesis deals with topic of compensation exercises in judo training in Czech Republic. The first two chapters of thesis represent a theoretical part and form a basis for the third and the fourth empirical chapters. These chapters include theoretical principles of the issue.
