Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu reálného měnového kurzu na ceny nemovitostí v České republice. První část práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o zkoumaném tématu. This bachelor thesis investigates the influence of the real exchange rate on real estate prices in the Czech Republic.
