Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje konceptu Odpovědnost za ochranu (RtoP) na půdě OSN od roku 2005 do roku 2013. Tento vývoj je charakterizován na základě jednání v rámci Valného shromáždění, Rady bezpečnosti a postojů generálního tajemníka OSN, a jejich následné reflexi ve způsobu řešení krizí, při nichž docházelo k páchání závažných zločinů dle definice RtoP. The present bachelor´s thesis discusses the development of the UN concept of the Responsibility to Protect (RtoP) between the years 2005 and 2013.
