The Impact of the Argentina Budget Crisis on International Investment Law
Abstract:
Tato práce reflektuje hlavní prvky argentinské finanční krize z přelomu 20. a 21. století a jejich dopad do sféry mezinárodního investičního práva. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je rozebírána definice investice ve vztahu k státním dluhopisům. V druhé části je analyzován specifický přístup Argentiny k arbitrážní strategii, stav nouze.
Abstract:
This thesis reflects the main outcomes of financial crisis in Argentina in the turn of 20th and 21st century and its impact on international investment law. The thesis is devided into two separate parts. The first part aims the definition of investment with respect to sovereign bonds.
