The role of municipality in a prevention of undesirable effects in connection with the operation of gaming machines
Abstract:
Postup při povolování výherních hracích přístrojů v obci, kontrolní činnost a státní dozor. Právo obcí zakázat nebo alespoň omezit hazard na svém území a zamezit tak nárůstu sociopatologických jevů souvisejících s jejich provozem. Role obcí v prevenci nežádoucích jevů spojených s hazardem.
Abstract:
Procedure for authorization of slot machines in the municipality, state control, and supervision. The right of municipalities to prohibit or at least restrict gambling on its territory and prevnet the increase pathological phenomena associated with their operation. The role of municipalities in the prevention of adverse events associated with gambling.
