Tato diplomová práce pojednává o rekonstrukci a následném provozu kavárny ve vybraném historickém objektu. Má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s teoretickými znalostmi potřebnými pro založení podniku, které následně uvede do praxe. The thesis deals with the reconstruction, development and consecutive managing of a coffee house in the historical building. Its task is to familiarize the reader with the theoretical background required for setting up this business, which is planned to put into practice in the future.
