Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výkonem trestu domácího vězení. Prá-ce je tvořena několika částmi. První část tvoří ústavně-právní vymezení, kde jsou obecně rozebrány alternativní tresty a trest domácího vězení. The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the Penalty of House Arrest. The thesis consists of several parts. The first part constitutes a constitutional legal definition where alternative punishments and Pen-alty of House Arrest are generally discussed.
