Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnání a zhodnocení freemium a premium business modelu pro trh VPN. Výstupem práce je stanovení výkonnějšího modelu pro daný trh, a to jak z pohledu příjmů, tak i z pohledu user experience. Závěry této práce jsou vyvozeny na základě testu provedeném na Avast SecureLine VPN, primárně tedy platné pro firmu Avast s širším zobecněním pro celý trh VPN. Práce uvádí do problematiky …more
Abstract:
The goal of this master thesis is to compare and evaluate the freemium and premium business model for the VPN market. The output of the thesis is to determine the best performing model in terms of revenue as well as user experience. The conclusions are drawn based on a test conducted on Avast SecureLine VPN, therefore primarily applicable to Avast with a broader generalization for the entire VPN market …more
