Exceptional punishment
Abstract:
Cílem práce je poskytnou a přiblížit informace o vývoji výjimečného trestu a jeho ukládání jak na území České republiky, tak v dalších vybraných evropských zemích, a zjistit, zda má ukládání výjimečného trestu na území České republiky vliv na přeplněnost věznic.
Abstract:
The aim od this work is to provide information on the development of exceptional punishment and its imposition both in the Czech Republic and in other selected European countries, and to determine whether the imposition of exceptional punishment in the Czech Republic affects prison overcrowding.
