Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je detekce antimutagenních účinků vzorku isoquercitrinu pomocí kmene Salmonella typhimurium TA102. Testovaný vzorek je rostlinného původu, patří do skupiny flavonoidů, a je charakteristický svým antioxidačním působením. Abstract:
The aim of thesis is detection of antimutagenic effects of selected sample isoquercitrin through the tester strain Salmonella typhimurium TA102. The testing sample has a plant origin, belongs to the group of flavonoids, and is typical for its antioxidant action.
