Dále se věnuje skautské organizaci. Definuje základní pilíře skautingu a hlavní principy skautské výchovy. Na jejich základě stanovuje hodnoty, které se snaží skauting předat svým členům. In theoretical part the thesis „Scouting and value orientation of its members“ deals with value, value orientation and their position in the social sciences. It also discusses the scout organization. Thesis defines the basic pillars of scouting and the main principles of scout training.
