V této bakalářské práci se snažím vystihnout problematiku běžného účtu jako závazkového právního vztahu. Zabývám se podstatnými náležitostmi vzniku, změny či zániku smlouvy o účtu. Charakterizuji subjekty tohoto závazkového vztahu, jejich práva a povinnosti. Závěrečnou část práce věnuji změnám, které nastaly v praxi u těchto smluv po nabytí účinnosti nového občanského zákoníku a také srovnání smlouvy …more
Abstract:
In my Thesus I try to reflect the problems of the current account as a contractual legal relationship. It deal with the essential requirements of creation, alteration or termination of the account agreement. I characterize the subjects of this contractual relationship, their rights and obligations.
