Evidence in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem práce je objasnit, co jsou důkazní prostředky, a především zda jsou některé důkazní prostředky, které se v novodobém trestním řízení vyskytují, relevantním nástrojem pro odhalení zločinců. Mým druhým úmyslem je v práci zhodnotit a porovnat dokazování v ČR a v USA, tedy především uvést angloamerický a kontinentální právní systém v komparativním pohledu.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to clarify what is the means of evidence, and especially whether some of the evidence that occur in modern criminal proceedings are a relevant tool to detect criminals. My second intention is to evaluate and compare evidence in the Czech Republic and the United States, ie to introduce the Anglo-American and Continental legal systems in a comparative view.
