V této práci se budu zabývat srovnáváním anglické a kontinentálně-evropské právní kultury. Na začátku práce uvedu obecné dělení právních systémů a kultur, význam a vliv římského práva na tyto kultury, budu pokračovat kapitolami zaobírající se historií a vývojem jak anglického, tak evropského - kontinentálního práva.
