Abstract:

V diplomové práci je řešen význam paměti a svědecké výpovědi a jejich podstata. Cíl práce je zaměřen na analyzování vlivu času u paměti svědecké činnosti na dopravní situaci a dalších vlivů. Práce je systematicky rozdělena na teoretickou část, která se zabývá zejména vysvětlení různých odborných pojmů z pohledu forenzních věd, oboru kriminalistiky a na praktickou část s provedením výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V práci je popsán prvotní postup zaměřený na teorii výslechu a svědecké výpovědi skrz paměť, následné využitelné postupy a kontroverzní metody ze zahraničí. Pomocí definicí jsou zde vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy, jejich rozčlenění a návaznost. Pozornost je poskytnuta i praktické části, tedy experimentu, jež má nastínit časové ovlivnění paměti. Práce obsahuje vyhodnocené grafy zaměřené na počty správných a nesprávných odpovědí ihned po shlédnutí videa a s delším časovým odstupem. Přečtením diplomové práce by se měl čtenář obohatit o základní informace týkající se práce a činnosti kriminalistů, ale také forenzních odborníků, měl by získat představu o tom, co se odehrává při prováděném výslechu osoby a jak kriminalisté postupují.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the meaning of memory and testimony and their essence. The aim of the work is focused on analyzing the influence of time in the memory of witness activity on the traffic situation and other influences. The work is systematically divided into a theoretical part, which deals mainly with the explanation of various technical terms from the perspective of forensic sciences, the field of criminology and the practical part with the implementation of research through a questionnaire survey. The thesis describes the initial procedure focused on the theory of interrogation and witness testimony through memory, subsequent usable procedures and controversial methods from abroad. With the help of definitions, individual terms, their division and continuity are explained here. Attention is also given to the practical part, ie the experiment, which is to outline the temporal influence of memory. The work contains evaluated graphs focused on the number of correct and incorrect answers immediately after watching the video and with a longer time interval. By reading the diploma thesis, the reader should be enriched with basic information about the work and activities of forensic scientists, but also forensic experts, he should get an idea of what happens during the interrogation of a person and how criminalists proceed.
