Tato práce se zabývá nelegální prací a jejími jednotlivými formami, se zaměřením na švarc systém. Úvod je věnován popisu historického vývoje nelegální práce. Hlavní část definuje jednotlivé formy nelegální práce a nejčastější důvody, proč se lidé k některé z forem nelegální práce uchylují. The thesis deals with the issue of illegal labour a its other forms with focus on „svarc system.“ The introductory part of this thesis describes historical development of illegal labour. The main part defines kinds or forms of illegal labour and the most common reasons why the people have recourse to some kind of illegal labour.
