Sexual harassment in hospital
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálního obtěžování ve zdravotnictví. V teoretické části vysvětluje obecné charakteristiky sexuálního obtěžování, jeho formy, dopady na postižené osoby a případné možné postihy. Praktickou část tvoří průzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit četnost, formu a zkušenosti se sexuálním obtěžováním, provedený u vzorku osob pracujících ve zdravotnických zařízeních.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with issue of sexual harassment in healthcare sector. In the theoretical part, it explains the general characteristics of sexual harassment, it´s forms, the effects on affected persons and possible penalties.
