Matematical modelling of Josephson junctions
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme matematickým modelům popisujícím Josephsonovy přechody. V teoretické části uvádíme základní pojmy o dynamických systémech a poté fyzikální podstatu Josephsonových přechodů. V dalších částech práce se zabýváme dvěma modely, a to RCSJ modelem a Josephsonovým přechodem pod mikrovlnným zářením. Oba modely popisujeme a poté simulujeme v softwaru Matlab. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we study mathematical models describing Josephson junctions. In the theoretical part, we introduce the basic concepts of dynamical systems and then the physical nature of Josephson junctions. In the next parts of the thesis we discuss two models, namely the RCSJ model and the Josephson junction under microwave radiation.
