Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím iontové chromatografie v elementární analýze organických látek. Organické látky byly rozkládány suchou/mokrou cestou a detekovány ve formě anorganických aniontů (NO2−, NO3−, HPO42− a SO42−). Kvantitativní analýza byla provedena metodou přídavku standardu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the elemental analysis of organic substances with subsequent conductivity detection using ion chromatography. Organic substances were digested by dry/wet digestion and detected in the form of inorganic anions (NO2−, NO3−, HPO42− and SO42−).
