The Revenue and Expense Dynamics in the Czech Republic Government Budget between 1993-2010

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je sledování příjmů a výdajů státního rozpočtu v letech 1993-2010. V úvodu teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na charakteristiku státního rozpočtu, vlivu státního rozpočtu na ekonomiku a v neposlední řadě na rozpočtovou soustavu. V druhé části jsou vysvětleny příjmy a výdaje státního rozpočtu. Příjmy jsem rozdělil do tří základních skupin, kterými jsou daňové příjmy, nedaňové příjmy a kapitálové příjmy. Výdaje jsem podrobil obecné klasifikaci a podrobné struktuře. V poslední praktické části jsem analyzoval příjmy a výdaje z pohledu druhového členění a z pohledu kapitol. Zaměřil jsem se také na dnešní ekonomický problém, který je nejen v ČR, ale i v ostatních zemích a tím je státní dluh. Státní dluh jsem analyzoval také z pohledu vlád a snažil jsem poukázat na to, za jaké vlády a proč vznikl státní dluh

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to analyse the development of incomes and expenditures of the state budget in 1993-2010. The beginning of the theoretical part focuses on the state budget?s characteristics and its impact on economy as well as on the state budget system. Second part explains incomes and expenditures of the state budget. Incomes are divided into three main groups ? tax incomes, non-tax incomes and capital incomes. Expenditures are sectioned according to general classification and detailed structure. In the last, practical section incomes and expenditures are analysed from the specific structures? and chapters? point of view. I also focused on the national debt ? current worldwide economical problem that is often discussed in the Czech Republic as well. The national debt is analyzed from the governments? point of view and I tried to point out which governments are responsible for it as well as causes of its origin.
