Ethical problems in tourism relate with cultural differents of tourists and possibilities of their prevent

Abstract:

This study examines the knowledge of tourism within Czech Republic, particularly the ethical issues related to the cultural and religious differences, concentrated primarily on the Muslim, Jewish and Christian culture. The dissertation study is divided into three parts; the first theoretical part explains the basic concepts and definitions of tourism. The second part deals with the analytical ethics and morality in business, its principles and factors that are affecting it.The final part focuses on issues related to business ethics within tourism narrated to the specificity of tourists and their different cultural traditions and practices. Moreover, this part presents suggestions and recommendation for prevention and possible solutions for better problem recovery, as well as projections for the future. The aim of the study was to highlight the development of tourism in the Czech Republic, its continuous growth and the goal towards achievement of tourism sustainability for tourists with cultural and religious differences. Additionally, this analysis emphasizes the difficulties that are interrelated with specific necessities within these tourist groups, may it be with ethical problems or the possible prevention of the further development and sustainability of the tourism and travel industry.

Abstract:

V bakalárskej práci sú spracované poznatky z oblasti cestovného ruchu v Českej republike, najmä jeho etických problémov súvisiacich s kultúrnymi, ako aj náboženskými odlišnosťami turistov prioritne zameraných na moslimskú, židovskú a kresťanskú kultúru. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V prvej teoretickej časti sú vysvetlené základné pojmy a definície cestovného ruchu. Druhá časť sa analyticky zaoberá etikou a morálkou v podnikaní, jej princípmi a faktormi ktoré ju ovplyvňujú. V tretej časti je zameranie najmä na problémy etiky spojené s podnikaním v cestovnom ruchu vzhľadom na špecifikum turistov s odlišnými kultúrnymi tradíciami a zvyklosťami a na návrhy možností predchádzania a riešenia takýchto problémov, ako aj prognózy do budúcna. Cieľom práce bolo poukázať na vývoj cestovného ruchu v Českej republike, jeho rozvoj a dosiahnutie udržateľnosti (sustainability) v cestovnom ruchu pre turistov s kultúrnymi a náboženskými odlišnosťami. Takisto aj na problémy súvisiace so špecifickými potrebami takýchto turistov, s etickými problémami a možnosťami ich predchádzania v rámci udržateľnosti a ďalšieho rozvoja turizmu a cestovného ruchu.
