The main focus of the diploma thesis is emergency medical service in the Czech Republic, its legislation, and its system of financing. The goal of the thesis is to identify problems with the current financing system of emergency medical services in the Czech Republic and to assess whether it would be possible to avoid these problems by changing the legal form of emergency medical services.
