The Legal Regulation of Historical Weapons

Abstract:

Hlavním obsahem této bakalářské práce je sledování a porovnávání právní úpravy historických zbraní v předpisech od 19. století po současnost. Začátkem práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, pro lepší orientaci v oblasti zbraní. Stěžejní částí je rozbor jednotlivých předpisů a jejich definic historické zbraně. Současně je práce zaměřena i na právní úpravu střelby z historických zbraní, podmínky vystavování, držení a nošení. Vedle hlavního téma práce krátce řeší otázku, jak bude posuzována historická zbraň s vlastností zbraně zákeřné.

Abstract:

The main target of this bachelor thesis is to compare the definition of historical weapon in legislation from 19th century to the present. At the beginning are explained basic terms for better orientation in the sphere weapons and ammunition. The main part analyses the definition of historical weapons in the particular legislation. In this thesis is discussed legislation shootings from the historical weapons, conditions for exposure, conditions for holding and bearing historical weapons. Besides this main topic is addressed the question, how will be assess historical weapons with character insidious weapon.
