Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je věnována tématu technologií v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem této práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek analyzovat úroveň a kvalitu využití technologií ve zvolených činnostech řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané velké společnosti a navrhnout odpovídající opatření ke zlepšení v této oblasti do budoucna.
Abstract:
This master's thesis is about technology in a field of human resources management. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the level and quality of the technology application in selected HR management functions in the large-sized company and find solutions for issues that were revealed during the research.
