Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou a optimalizací logistických procesů ve společnosti zabývající se prodejem a distribucí zdravotnické techniky a zdravotnického materiálu vyrobeného v zahraničí. Podrobně analyzuje a popisuje činnost logistického centra, dále prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy identifikuje příležitost centra k zefektivnění činnosti, spočívajícího ve zlevnění ceny přepravy zboží. Podrobnou finanční analýzou nákladů na interní přepravu zboží, kterou sama společnost nikdy nerealizovala, byly zjištěny významně nižší náklady než na externí přepravu. Práce proto navrhuje optimalizační opatření, která spočívají v převedení závozů zboží koncovým klientům ze současné částečně externí na pouze interní dopravu. Opatření byla navržena na základě porovnání daných způsobů přepravy. Tato změna může přinést přidanou hodnotu také v lepší kontrole některých dalších problematických oblastí, jako jsou např. urgentní závozy zboží. Závěrečným vyhodnocením tohoto opatření bylo zjištěno, že logistickému centru se tato změna dlouhodobě vyplatí, a to i v případě přijetí dalších nových řidičů nebo navýšením kapacit vozového parku, v reakci na rozvoj obchodních kapacit v budoucnosti. Společnost získá lepší přehled o procesech a vyšší míru jistoty, že zvládne rozvést veškeré zboží včas. Výsledky analýzy byly diskutovány s vedením logistického centra a dá se předpokládat, že by návrh mohl být po verifikaci výsledků uveden do praxe.

Abstract:

This thesis is dealing with optimalization of logistic processes in company that is involved in a trade and distribution of medical goods, that have been manufactured in foreign countries. It analyzes and describes the activities of the logistics center in detail and identifies through the SWOT analysis the opportunity of the center to reduce the price of goods transport. By thorough analysis of internal transport costs, which the company itself never realized, identifies significantly lower costs than external transport. Therefore, the thesis proposes an optimization measure, which consists in transferring the deliveries of goods to end customers from the current partly external to the only internal transport. The measure was designed on the basis of a comparison of given modes of transport. Change can also bring added value in better control of some other problematic areas such as urgent goods arrivals. The final assessment of this measure found that the logistics center would pay off in the long term, even if new drivers were accepted or the fleet capacity was increased, in the future to develop business capacities in the future. The company would gain a better overview of the processes and a higher degree of certainty that it can handle all the goods in time. The results of the analysis were discussed with the company management of the logistics center and it can be assumed that the proposal could be put into practice after the results were verified.
