Abstract:
Cílem této práce je navrhnout analyzační modul experimentálních dat ve formátu časových řad pro platformu CMP (Comprehensive Modeling Platform). V práci se rozebírá význam biologických experimentů v CMP a k čemu slouží jejich analýza. Dále jsou zde rozebrány základní metody pro analýzu časových řad. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement the module for analysis of experimental data in the form of time series for CMP (Comprehensive Modeling Platform).
