Tématem bakalářské diplomové páce je začínající a zkušený pracovník na začátku své kariéry asistenta pedagoga na 1. stupni základní školy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. This bachelor’s thesis compares novice elementary school teaching assistants who have started this profession from either an entry-level or experienced stage in their careers.
