Comprehensive Physiotherapy in Breast Carcinoma

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pacientky po operaci prsu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která má za úkol přiblížit samotné onemocnění karcinomem prsu. A to nejen etiologii, ale i prevenci, léčbu a vznik komplikací. Je zde zmíněna i ergoterapie, stejně jako prsní protézky. Ve druhé, praktické části najdeme cíl práce a 2 hypotézy. Je zde přiblížen průběh RHB po operaci. Zmíněny jsou zde i pooperační komplikace a to nejvíce prevence a léčba lymfedému. Najdeme tu výsledky dotazníků zpracovaných do grafů a tabulek. K lepšímu porovnání je zde umístěna i tabulka s celkovým zhodnocením výsledků z dotazníků. Dále následuje diskuse k hypotézám a závěr. Přílohy obsahují nejen cviky, ale i ukázku bandáží HK.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on woman after breast surgery. Thesis is devided into two parts. Premier part is teoretic and its aim is to approximate right the illnes of a breast cancer. There are not only etiology, but the prevention, the treatment and the creation of possible complications. There is also as part of ergotherapy as part about breast prothesis. The second part is practical. There are two hypothesis and the head goal of the thesis, also the description of rehabilitation after operation. This part contains solution of post?operative complications, mostly the prevence and the therapy of lymphedema. Here can be also found the results of questionnaires, which are processed to graphs and tables. For better comparison there is a table of total results from questionnaires. At the close there are discussion about hypothesis and the conclusion. Annexis consists of exercises and samples of upper limb binding.
