Revealed Infidelity as a Stressful Situation of Family Relations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Odhalená nevěra jako zátěžová situace rodinných vztahů“ pojednává o situaci vdaných podváděných žen. Zabývá se důvody, které vedou podváděné ženy k tolerování manželovy nevěry. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část je vhledem do tématu nevěry obecně. Podrobněji je pak v teoretické části zmíněna nevěra mužská, její pravděpodobné příčiny a dopad nejen na podváděnou ženu, ale i na situaci v rodině. Na teoretickou část navazuje část výzkumná. Zde je popsána použitá výzkumná metoda, způsob sběru dat a prezentován samotný výzkum, při němž byly analyzovány a interpretovány rozhovory s pěti informantkami. Závěr práce je věnován zodpovězení základních výzkumných otázek a dílčích cílů. Základní otázky výzkumu byly: Co vede ženu k tomu, aby tolerovala manželovu nevěru? Jak ovlivňuje manželova nevěra vztahy v základní rodině a v jejím nejbližším okolí? Dílčím cílem bylo popsat obecný postoj společnosti k nevěře.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis „Revealed infidelity as a stressful situation of family relations“ deals with the situation of deceived wives . It is concerned with the reasons that make deceived wives tolerate their husband´s infidelity. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical one and the research one. The theoretical part is a general insight into the subject of infidelity. Husband´s infidelity is mentioned in a more detailed way, as well as its probable reasons and impact not only on the deceived wife but also on the situation in the family. The theoretical part is followed by the research part. The used method of research and the way of collecting particulars are described in this part. The research in which the interviews with five questioned women are analysed and expounded is presented. The main research questions and component tasks are answered in conclusion of the thesis. The basic questions of the research were following: What makes a wife be tolerant to her husband´s infidelity? How does husband´s infidelity influence the relations in the close family and its close relations? The partial aim was to describe the general approach of the society to infidelity.
