Analysis of education of social workers in contact centers in the field of addictology in the Ústí nad Labem region.

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků v kontaktních centrech v Ústeckém kraji v oblasti adiktologie. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou sociální pracovníci v kontaktních centrech Ústeckého kraje vzděláváni v oblasti adiktologie. Výzkumem práce bude zjišťováno, zda je kromě vysokoškolského studia adiktologie pracovníkům této sociální služby pro výkon jejich profese s cílovou skupinou osob projevujících závislostní chování či osob závislostí ohrožených dostupné v tomto oboru i akreditované vzdělávání. Výzkumem práce bude zjišťováno, zda je nabídka takového vzdělávání pro pracovníky sociálních služeb kontaktních center v nabídce formálního vzdělávání v ČR dostatečně zastoupená a zda pracovníci kontaktních center těchto nabídek ke svému profesnímu rozvoji využívají. Teorie práce se bude opírat především o terminologii vzdělávání, sociálních služeb a kontaktních center na prvním místě a v neposlední řadě tématu závislotního chování. Ve všech výkladech se práce opírá o poznatky odborníků.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the education of social workers in contact centers in the Ústí Region in the field of addiction. The main goal of this work is to find out whether social workers in the contact centers of the Ústí Region are educated in the field of addiction. The research of the work will determine whether, in addition to university studies in addictionology, accredited education in this field is also available to workers of this social service for the performance of their profession with the target group of persons exhibiting addictive behavior or persons at risk of addiction. The research of the work will determine whether the offer of such education for social service workers of contact centers is sufficiently represented in the offer of formal education in the Czech Republic and whether the workers of contact centers use these offers for their professional development. The theory of the work will be based primarily on the terminology of education, social services and contact centers in the first place and last but not least the topic of addictive behavior. In all interpretations, the work is based on the knowledge of experts.
