Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vývoj ochrany spotřebitele v právu EU po vstupu ČR“ je rozbor změn přijatých Evropskou unií v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele od roku 2004. První část se zabývá spotřebiteli a potřebou jejich ochrany. V další části se zaměřuji na regulaci ochrany spotřebitele v Evropské unii a její vývoj.
