Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá postavením akciovej spoločnosti ako účtovnej jednotky. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku akciovej spoločnosti podľa Obchodného zákonníka. Rozoberá založenie a vznik akciovej spoločnosti. Druhá kapitola približuje akciovú spoločnosť ako účtovnú jednotku.
